The Launiu is Howard Hughes' latest luxury development within the master-planned community of Ward Village. Located at 928 Ala Moana Blvd. in Block 5, at the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard and Ward Avenue, The Launiu represents a prime addition to the neighborhood. 

The Launiu will feature 486 new residences, including 90 homes within the podium section, which wraps around the building's parking structure along Ward Avenue and Ala Moana Blvd. The building will offer a range of units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.
